At MysticalHub (a TNPixel product), your privacy is our top priority. We are committed to protecting your personal information and providing a safe, transparent mystical environment.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information to provide better services to our users. This includes: full name, email, date of birth (for chart generation), and Google login data if you use that method.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your data is used to personalize your astrology and tarot reading experience, send important update notifications, and improve our system algorithms.
3. Information Security
We apply industry-standard security measures (SSL/TLS) to protect your data from unauthorized access. Sensitive personal data is always encrypted.
4. Information Sharing
TNPixel is committed to not selling or sharing your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
5. In-App Purchases
In the MysticalHub mobile app, users can purchase "Mana" — virtual currency used to unlock premium features such as astrology chart readings, in-depth interpretations, expert consultations, etc. Payments are processed entirely through Apple App Store (StoreKit) In-App Purchase on iOS and Google Play Billing on Android. We do NOT collect or store your credit card or bank account information — all payment data is managed by Apple/Google under their policies. We only receive the transaction ID and product ID to verify valid transactions and credit Mana to your account. Mana is virtual currency with no cash redemption value and is non-refundable except under Apple/Google refund policies.
6. Policy Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be communicated directly on the website or via the email you provided.
7. Photos & Biometric Data
When you use our Palm Reading or Face Reading features, you may choose to take or upload a photo of your hand or face. This photo is uploaded to our storage provider and used solely to generate your personalized reading. We do not perform separate biometric identification, facial recognition matching, or store facial embeddings/templates. Your photo is retained until you delete the corresponding reading from your account, at which point it is deleted from our storage.
8. Third-Party AI Processing
To generate your personalized readings, MysticalHub sends the information you provide — including birth details, chat messages, and, when applicable, palm/face photos — to trusted third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral, DeepSeek, and xAI) for analysis. We also keep an internal log of these AI requests for quality assurance and troubleshooting purposes; this internal log is not shared with any other third party. By using our AI-powered reading features, you consent to this processing.
